Strong understanding of CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects. Experience delivering projects within occupied and live environments. Excellent programme management and organisational skills. Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. SMSTS qualified. Valid CSCS Black Card. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable First Aid at Work qualification. Knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration. Experience working within a design and build environment. APM, CIOB or equivalent professional membership. Package Basic salary of 55,000 - 65,000 per annum.
