Head of Projects Building Services / M&E

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £80,000 £100,000 + Package
Type: Permanent

A well-established multi-discipline contractor delivering facilities management, small works, M&E services and full project delivery across multiple sectors is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Projects to oversee operational delivery across multiple projects and project teams.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong background in mechanical and electrical contracting who can drive performance, manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Lead and mentor project management teams
• Manage programme performance, commercial awareness and operational delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business growth and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Work closely with directors and senior management teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operational/project leadership role within M&E or building services
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
• Relevant technical or industry qualifications desirable
