What We're Looking For This role would suit an ambitious Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor or construction professional who is ready to progress into project management. You'll ideally have: One to two years' experience within construction, refurbishment, fit out, maintenance or a related environment. Some understanding of construction processes and project delivery. Fit out or internal packages experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility. The confidence to work with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. A genuine hunger to learn, develop and progress within construction. A positive, team-focused personality and a practical approach to problem-solving. A full UK Driving Licence. You do not need to be the finished article.
