About the Role: We are looking for an experienced telehandler driver to start on an ongoing commercial construction project in Appleby. This is a long-term contract offering steady hours on a busy commercial build. You will oversee site movement and material management, working closely with the Site Manager and principal contractors to keep daily operations running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Experience producing and managing detailed construction programmes using Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, or Primavera P6. Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle. Strong commercial awareness with experience working alongside quantity surveyors and commercial managers. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining programme, quality, and budget objectives.
