Design Manager

Tier 2 Main Contractor based in East London covering New Build Projects in the Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Residential and Care Sectors ranging from 5m - 20m in value in London and South East are looking to recruit a Design Manager.

Working from Head Office with Site Visits the role will include Pre Construction (PCSA) Design Management along with Delivery.
Duties will include Design Coordination, Buildability and Value Engineering , Compliance and Document Management, and dealing with external consultants, Client and Site Teams.

Candidates will have a stable, proven track record within Construction and will have work on similar projects before.
