Project Manager/Contracts Manager/ Site Manager Small Works & Refurbishment Location: Romsey, Hampshire / South Coast Salary: Competitive + Package We are seeking a Contracts Manager or Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering small works and refurbishment projects valued up to £250,000. The successful candidate will have a strong trade background, ideally within carpentry, drylining or plastering, and experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple small works and refurbishment projects. Oversee site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Liaise with clients, consultants and end users throughout project delivery. Produce site reports, programmes and project updates. Manage health & safety documentation and site procedures.
