The Opportunity Working directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of projects from early client engagement through feasibility, design development, estimating, procurement planning and mobilisation before handing projects over to the delivery teams. The Project Manager will work on complex cladding replacement, fire safety remediation and wider building safety programmes, alongside selected new-build construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing team delivering important residential and mixed-use schemes across the capital. The successful Project Manager will manage projects from initial investigation and design development through procurement, construction and final handover. The Project Manager will coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and residents, ensuring each project is delivered safely and efficiently.
