They have undergone quite a significant transition into a more well-rounded design team and have grown the office with some exceptionally talented new hires. Their next strategic appointment would ideally be a degree qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant. The team need additional support at RIBA stages 0-3 on a wide variety of Residential schemes (New-build homes and listed buildings). We would hope that the RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant can demonstrate experience (Or a detailed understanding of) working across all RIBA stages. Ideally candidates will meet the following criteria: Minimum of 12 months practical experience (UK based preferred). Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level. The team need additional support at RIBA stages 0-3 on a wide variety of Residential schemes (New-build homes and listed buildings). We would hope that the RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant can demonstrate experience (Or a detailed understanding of) working across all RIBA stages. Ideally candidates will meet the following criteria: Minimum of 12 months practical experience (UK based preferred). Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level. (We will consider experienced RIBA Part 1 applicants). Residential sector experience. Experienced at RIBA stages 0-3 preferred. Excellent design capabilities. Evidenced in a portfolio. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential. REVIT/Photoshop/InDesign/Sketchup would be beneficial. There will be the occasional requirement to visit site so it is preferred that candidates will have a driving licence and access to a car when required.
