SENIOR ARCHITECT HEALTHCARE
Glasgow Design-Led Employee-Owned Practice

£38,000 - £45,00 depending on experience

A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland s most respected and design-led architectural practices.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to help lead the delivery of a nationally significant flagship healthcare project, working across RIBA stages 4 and 5 within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact architecture that genuinely makes a difference, within a studio known for its strong design culture, technical excellence, and people-first approach.

The role

You will:

  • Lead technical delivery across RIBA stages 4 5.
  • Coordinate architectural packages within a wider integrated team.
  • Manage client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
  • Oversee technical detailing, specifications, BIM coordination, and site delivery.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Play a key role in delivering a nationally significant healthcare project.

What they are looking for

  • ARB Registered Architect.
  • 5 10+ years post-Part 3 experience.
  • Strong technical delivery skills.
  • Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4 5.
  • Revit proficiency essential.
  • Healthcare project experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Passion for high-quality, technically robust architecture.
