Key Responsibilities

Producing accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, schedules and specifications
Working closely with architects and wider project teams across all RIBA stages
Coordinating with consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations, planning requirements and environmental standards
Supporting the successful delivery of projects across residential, commercial and mixed use sectors

Skills and Experience

Demonstrable experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with BIM experience advantageous
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and materials
Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving abilities
