Maintenance Electrician - Trained as a TEGG Technician - Greenwich

My client is a commercial fit out contractor that carries out work for corporate clients throughout London. They are looking to take on someone that comes from an Maintenance Electrician background and train them into a TEGG Technician. This is an incredible opportunity to be trained in a specialist role in a fast-growing sector and become one of the only Technicians in the UK.

They will also cover costs for the training which will take place in the US!

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical testing, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance on client sites
• Diagnose faults and minimise repeat call-backs
• Complete service reports and maintain high service standards
• Manage assigned jobs/contracts efficiently and safely
• Communicate clearly with customers on work completed and future recommendations

The ideal Maintenance Electrician will have/be:

• A qualified Electrician with maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and safe systems of work
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, software systems)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Job details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Greenwich / City of London
• Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 (DOE)
