Key Responsibilities: Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair works across empty (void) properties Ensure properties are turned around efficiently to meet re-let deadlines Complete all works to a high standard in line with building maintenance best practice Work closely with in-house trades teams, subcontractors, housing and lettings teams Carry out installations and repairs across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic plastering) Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health & safety regulations Maintain a high level of customer focus when dealing with new tenants and stakeholders Contribute to delivering warm, safe, and welcoming homes for new residents Requirements: Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within social housing or similar Strong ability across multiple trades City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant trade (preferred) Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic with an achievement-focused approach Full UK driving licence (essential) What's on Offer: Company van and fuel card Overtime opportunities Long-term, stable employment Opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team Apply Now: For more information or to apply, please call Ravi on (phone number removed) ASAP.
