Leasing Associate

The Role

• Provide leasing support across multiple communities, assisting on-site teams to fulfil community goals.
• Support in executing leasing strategies across a portfolio of BTR communities.
• Work collaboratively with on-site teams to drive operational and leasing performance and deliver a best-in-class resident experience.
• Confidently conduct tours with prospective residents across a handful of London locations.
• Assist with leasing negotiation and administration.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing residents, addressing all enquiries promptly.
• Act as a flexible resource, supporting where demand is highest to maintain leasing momentum.
• Deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience to prospectives and incoming residents across all communities.
• Collaborate with centralised leasing and marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional collateral.
• Regularly review competitor activity and present findings to the centralised leasing and marketing teams.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss leasing strategies and market trends.
• Contribute to the overall success of the leasing team through exceptional service and support.

This role will cover sites across North, South and West London. Travel to sites on a flexible basis will be required.
