Developing robust mobilisation plans, governance structures, critical paths and risk frameworks. Acting as a senior escalation point for issues affecting service delivery, compliance, commercial performance or reputation. Ensuring continuity of repairs, maintenance, compliance and investment services throughout transition. Working closely with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, Technology and operational teams. Providing senior oversight of contract mobilisation, supplier onboarding and exit activity. Managing commercial governance, budgets, cost control and value for money. Providing strategic oversight of TUPE and workforce transition activity. Ensuring data, systems and digital platforms are ready to support new and transitioning services. Establishing effective KPI, SLA and performance frameworks from contract inception. Leading assurance and governance reporting for senior stakeholders. Working closely with suppliers and partners to drive accountability and successful delivery. Supporting customer and resident communication throughout major service transitions. Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving the organisation s mobilisation approach. What We re Looking For We re looking for an experienced mobilisation or transformation professional who has successfully delivered complex service transitions within property, housing, facilities management, infrastructure or another operationally critical environment. You ll ideally have: Extensive experience leading complex mobilisation and/or demobilisation programmes at scale. A strong track record operating at senior level within property services, asset management or a similar environment. Strong commercial understanding across contract management, procurement and financial governance. Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders. Excellent programme leadership, risk management and assurance skills. Practical experience managing TUPE transfers and workforce transitions. Experience working within regulated, customer-facing environments. The ability to manage multiple programmes, stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
