Salary: 38,000 - 45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established national RIBA Chartered practice who provide a wide range of design services to the residential, industrial, education, healthcare and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and job running Senior Architectural Technologist to take the lead on a range of projects for their Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• Lead a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Produce technical information for tender packages
• ensure project compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
• produce design info across RIBA stages 3 through to 5
• carry out site visits and surveys to ensure successful project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Job running experience
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Ability to produce working drawing packages
• Previous experience detailing complex buildings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
