Groundworks Site Manager

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a site manager to oversee a large groundworks package in Exeter.

• Management of civil and groundworks contractors
• Oversee day to day operations regarding foundations and drainage
• Ensure program is delivered safely, on time and in budget
• Correspondence with wider construction management team and engineers
• Manage people in a proactive and effective manner

• Groundworks/Civil Background
• experience withing large commercial projects
• SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
• knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work

• Competitive Salary
• 10 hours a day
• 6 moth initial contract, possibly more
