Project Manager (Construction)

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee an MEP package on a large commercial project. Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a preferred knowledge of M&E (MEP) works on a large scale.

MEP scope of works for the entire project comprising of:

• Management of a 9/10 person team
• New build student accommodation
• Incoming services coordination
• Substation construction
• Liaison with the client
• Communication with wider new build management teams
• Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C
  • Packages cumulative value is about 45m.

• Proven M&E experience ideal but not essential
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and in budget
• SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS etc
• knowledgeable and driven with a commitment long term

• Competitive Salary
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
