Role & Responsibilities
You will lead project delivery and provide strategic oversight across fire safety schemes. The role includes managing technical outputs, mentoring team members, and supporting client relationships.

  • Lead fire engineering and EWS assessments
  • Oversee compliance and technical outputs
  • Provide strategic fire safety advice
  • Mentor engineers across the team
  • Review and approve technical reports

Skills & Experience Required
You will have strong consultancy experience within fire safety and detailed knowledge of UK legislation. Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects is required.

  • Experience in fire engineering consultancy

  • Degree in engineering or related field
  • Chartered or working toward chartership
  • Strong leadership and client skills

Salary & Benefits
60,000 - 80,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance. Hybrid working, employee ownership scheme, and structured leadership progression support included.
