Pay Rate: £16.00 £22.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Welders/Fabricators for immediate starts in the Ardboe, Dungannon area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy workshop environment working on a range of fabrication and welding projects.
Candidates must be confident working to high standards, reading technical drawings, and producing quality welds in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG / TIG welding and fabrication work
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- General workshop duties as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Competent in MIG and/or TIG welding (preferred both)
- Strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Valid welding qualifications (preferred but not essential depending on experience)
