Site Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced RC Frame Site Engineer to join a leading construction team delivering high-quality reinforced concrete structures. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong setting-out experience and a solid background in RC frame projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate setting out of RC frame structures, including walls, columns, and stairs
• Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with design, quality, and safety standards
• Liaising with site managers, subcontractors, and design teams
• Managing and maintaining surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, etc.)
• Conducting quality checks and resolving any setting-out discrepancies
• Assisting with site documentation, reports, and progress tracking

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on RC frame projects
• Strong knowledge of setting out for walls, columns, and staircases
• Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• CSCS card (essential)

Desirable:

• Previous experience working on large-scale RC frame developments
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
