Estate Services Caretaker

Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? Look no further! We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Southall who are looking to appoint a Estate Services Caretaker for the 2 months ongoing, at the rate of 13.92 per hour paye

Job responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and general maintenance of the estate, including gardens, landscaping, and buildings.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and functionality of all systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Perform light repairs, coordinate contractors, and oversee external service providers as needed.
• Manage inventory of household supplies and estate equipment.
• Provide transportation for estate-related errands, staff, or residents, ensuring safe and timely travel.
• Monitor security measures and report any irregularities or maintenance issues.
• Assist with event preparation and support occasional personal tasks as required.
