Traffic Marshall

Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Distribution Centre Site)

Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Marshall to join our team on a busy warehouse site. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing vehicle movements, ensuring site safety, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control vehicle and plant movement within the warehouse
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods
• Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff, and management
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with health & safety regulations
• Monitor access points and assist with site security when required
• Report hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS or CPCS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman card
• Previous experience in a similar role (warehouse or construction environment preferred)
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• High level of attention to detail and alertness

Desirable:

• Experience working in warehouse logistics or distribution environments
