Job Description
Our client is looking for a reliable general plumber for ongoing domestic repair and maintenance work.
This is not a Gas Safe role. We are not looking for someone to carry out gas work. The role is general domestic plumbing only.
Typical work includes:
Leaks
Taps
Toilets
Waste pipes
Pipework repairs
Small installs
Minor maintenance
Basic fault finding
General domestic plumbing callouts
Essential requirements:
Own transport
Own tools
Good domestic plumbing experience
Reliable attendance
Good customer manner
Clean and tidy workmanship
Able to work alone
Able to follow a job process
Able to communicate clearly with customers and office/admin Willing to send before and after photos for each job Willing to report extras or unexpected work before proceeding
Preferred but not essential:
Level 2 NVQ/SVQ Plumbing or equivalent
Experience with reactive domestic maintenance Experience working in occupied homes References from previous employers or clients
