This is a permanent position covering South East London, South West London, Croydon, Dartford, Brighton, and Kent (when working in an location youll be patched off for the day) , carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties. The Role You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing repairs while also carrying out multi-trade works to support the wider repairs service. The role is customer-facing, so professionalism and excellent communication are essential. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties. Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faults. Replace taps, toilets, sinks, baths, pipework, and sanitary ware. Complete minor multi-trade works including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating where required. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
