A well regarded, multi discipline practice is looking to appoint a skilled and detail oriented Architectural Technologist to become part of its welcoming and collaborative team based in Wolverhampton. The studio works across the Leisure and Hospitality sectors and is known for delivering considered design alongside strong technical expertise.

Role and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist role:

Assist in delivering projects through all RIBA stages, with particular emphasis on technical design and detailing
Produce and refine detailed technical drawing packages and construction documentation
Liaise with consultants and internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with design intent
Support the resolution of technical challenges during both design and construction phases
Oversee and prioritise workload across multiple projects to meet deadlines and programme targets

Required Skills and Experience for the Architectural Technologist:

Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a similar field
Relevant experience within a UK based architectural practice
Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and construction techniques
Strong attention to detail with effective written and verbal communication skills
