Contracts Manager (Dry Lining)

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with extensive Dry Lining & Ceilings experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage several sites at different stages, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across various live projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and in line with client expectations
• Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Monitor project performance, costs, and progress, reporting regularly to senior management
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues across projects
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across all sites
• Support procurement and subcontractor appointment processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager working for a Dry Lining Sub Contractor
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations within construction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
