Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage and deliver residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is advantageous
• Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sectors
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication or organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Southport area
