Project Architect / Project Technologist

My client is currently seeking a Project Architect / Project Technologist to join their team on a permenent basis

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified ARB/RIBA Architect or MCIAT Architectural Technologists.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience post bachelor's degree of experience in commercial architecture, with a proven track record of running complex projects from concept to completion.

• Fully proficient in all Revit functions.

• Experience in undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles.

• A practical knowledge of relevant UK Building Regulations and design standards.
