We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a team in Biggleswade. This is a temp to permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary for an experienced warehouse professional. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently.

- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating forklift trucks safely and effectively
- Moving, storing, and organising stock within the warehouse
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting with vehicle movements on-site where required
- Supporting general warehouse duties as needed
- Valid Forklift License
- Previous warehouse operative experience
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Experience working with drylining or building materials
- Valid Banksman certification (training can be provided if not currently held)
- Permanent, full-time position
