Electrical Supervisor

Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a QA Electrical Supervisor, Our client has won a large residential project consisting of 300 units/ commercial space in Bracknell. We are currently looking to recruit a QA Electrical Supervisor to join the team. As the QA manager you will be working under senior Mechanical & Electrical Project Managers and Supervisors to overview the project and gain a detailed understanding of their quality processes and systems.

Duties

• To implement the companies Quality processes and check work is carried out to a high quality
• Site Inspections
• Provide written QC reports
• Technical Submittals
• Assisting the PMs and Supervisors on quality
• Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control report
• Provide written QC reports
• Responsible for maintaining QA procedures on site and keeping all relevant records, files and reports for inspection
• Attend preconstruction meetings where required and assist QC Manager with all Quality Issues
• Assist Project Team with any QA questions
• Maintain continuous reporting to the Project Manager
• Prepare and track all RFl's
• Knowledge of Software such as BIM 360/ Fieldview
• Snagging the installation both on scheduled walkdowns and observations
• Snag list/ Sign off
• Ensuring accuracy of packs before client handover
• Preparing reports for management on quality issues
• Quality Walk around with Teams
• Ability to read and understand electrical & mechanical drawings, specifications, and regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large M&E contractor and to be part of a highly successful M&E team. We are looking for candidates who have shown commitment and worked on projects from start to finish as this is a 2 year program.

Our client is also happy to pay a day rate of 280 - 300 pd
