TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well-established and financially strong main contractor, has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality commercial and industrial projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they now require an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple steel frame new build schemes.

The Role

• Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects (typically £1m-£25m) from pre-construction through to final account and defects period
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
• Driving programme, commercial performance, health & safety and quality standards
• Client liaison and regular reporting at senior level
• Leading regular project reviews and ensuring profitable outcomes

The Person

• Proven track record as a Contracts Manager /Project Manager looking to step up)
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, logistics, or similar projects (new build or refurbishment)
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness with excellent client facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple schemes concurrently

Working hours are generally 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility is expected depending on project demands and location.
