Job Description
You will be joining an SME consultancy based in Ormskirk looking for a Valuations Surveyor to join the team. Will be primarily based out of Ormskirk office, with the ability to work remotely, and will cover a range of locations primarily based in the North West
Will be undertaking valuations and reporting on a range of commercial property types for lending panels, as well as public sector and private
clients
Ability to work remotely
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Ideally be MRICS Qualified or working towards becoming chartered
Valuation experience for commercial property
Excellent communication skills
Ability to carry out detailed valuation reports
