Your new role
Are you a Building Surveyor looking for more variety, autonomy and progression? This forward-thinking consultancy is expanding and now seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to join their friendly, high-performing team.
You'll work across a diverse mix of commercial, residential and public-sector projects, delivering both professional and project-based services. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop quickly, take ownership of their work and be part of a supportive, modern practice.
- Delivering a full range of building surveying services
- Working on project work including refurbishments and planned works
- Carrying out surveys, inspections and technical reports
- Supporting contract administration and project delivery
- Advising clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Contributing to team growth and best practice
What you'll need to succeed - Building Surveyor with consultancy experience
- MRICS (or working towards chartership)
- Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively
- A proactive mindset and desire to progress
