Project Manager (Construction)

Construction PM opportunity for this growing Contractor, based in Liverpool

A well-established construction and property services company based in Liverpool is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects across the region.
This role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, coordinating internal teams and supply chain partners to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role

End-to-end management of construction and property-related projectsCoordination of site teams, subcontractors and consultantsProgramming, planning and monitoring project progressManaging project budgets, cost control and reporting alongside the commercial teamClient liaison and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycleEnsuring compliance with health & safety, contractual and quality standardsManaging risk, change control and problem resolutionProject handoversThe Candidate
Proven experience working as a Project Manager within construction or property services; working on projects up to £1.5mStrong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience coordinating subcontractors and managing programmesCommercial awareness and a solutions-focused approachExperience working within "live" commercial site environments Relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred
