Your new company
A well-established commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support the delivery of electrical maintenance services across medical centres and GP surgeries throughout Cheshire. This is a temporary position with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
You will play a vital role in maintaining safe and compliant healthcare environments, carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance tasks across multiple sites.Your new role
- Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance in doctors' surgeries and medical centres
- Fault finding and repairs on lighting, power, and associated electrical systems
- Ensuring all works comply with relevant electrical and health & safety regulations
- Completing job records and reporting additional repair requirements
- Delivering a professional, customer-focused service in a healthcare setting
- Qualified Electrician with experience in building maintenance or similar environments
- Electrical testing qualifications not required, but highly desirable
- Experience working in occupied buildings (healthcare experience advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to manage your own workload across multiple sites
- Full UK driving licence
