Job Description

Job Title: Revit MEP Coordinator (3-Month Contract)
Location: Camden, London
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (3 Months)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator for a short-term 3-month contract to support the final stages and close-out of a live construction project in Camden. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing, coordinating, and finalising MEP documentation, with a strong focus on red line construction drawings and as-built information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and update MEP models using Autodesk Revit in line with site progress and design changes
  • Interpret and incorporate red line construction drawings into accurate Revit models and documentation
  • Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and design teams to capture as-built information
  • Ensure all MEP services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) are accurately reflected in coordinated models
  • Assist in the production and verification of final as-built drawings and documentation packs
  • Carry out clash detection and resolve coordination issues where required
  • Support project close-out activities, ensuring all deliverables meet client and project standards
  • Maintain clear and organised digital records in line with project BIM standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator on construction projects
  • Strong working knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
  • Demonstrable experience working with red line construction drawings and as-built updates
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools)
  • Understanding of BIM coordination processes and construction workflows
  • Ability to interpret site information and translate it into accurate digital models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Availability to commit to a 3-month contract based in Camden

Desirable

  • Experience working on healthcare or complex building services projects
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations and BIM Level 2 standards
  • Previous experience in project close-out or handover phases
