CRM Manager - Salesforce & Pardot
£60,000-£65,000 | Remote (UK based, with occasional site visit)
Currently looking for a CRM Manager who will take full ownership of CRM strategy and lead nurture activity across the end-to-end customer journey, from first engagement through to purchase or rental completion. You will be working with a growing, customer-centric organisation.
The focus is on driving conversion and retention through effective life cycle CRM and data-led optimisation. You'll be the CRM subject-matter expert in the business, setting the direction and ensuring delivery aligns to commercial outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the CRM contact strategy and life cycle communications across prospects and customers
- Building and optimising segmentation, targeted campaigns and automated/triggered journeys
- Leading the ongoing optimisation and maintenance of Salesforce and Pardot, with full accountability for data accuracy and reliability
- Tracking and improving performance through dashboards, KPIs and insight-led optimisation
- Mapping customer journeys to identify gaps, friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Managing and influencing internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, IT and Data, as well as external CRM and Salesforce partners
Why this role stands out:
- Remote-first flexibility, work from home as standard, with in-person collaboration in London or Bournemouth roughly once every couple of months
- Clear ownership and visibility, you'll own CRM strategy and delivery end-to-end and be the go-to expert internally
- Real variety and impact, covering strategy, automation, journey mapping, reporting and continuous optimisation, all tied to measurable outcomes
- Strategic but hands-on - agency support is in place, but you set direction, manage partners and stay close to execution
- Future progression, long-term opportunity to build and grow a CRM function as the business scales
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce and Pardot experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong experience in CRM/lead nurture/life cycle marketing, with clear examples of improving conversion and retention
- Confident combining strategy and delivery, from high-level CRM thinking through to execution
- Data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable managing agency partners and CRM budgets
- Solid understanding of GDPR, data privacy and contact preferences
If this sounds like the right next step for you, please apply with your CV!
