360 Excavator Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to work on a landscaping project in Tottenham, focusing on gardens and communal areas within a residential development. This is a hands-on role requiring precision and attention to detail to help deliver high-quality external finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site
• Carry out grading, levelling, and preparation for gardens and communal spaces
• Assist with shaping areas for turfing, planting, paving, and pathways
• Support installation of drainage and services where required
• Work closely with landscapers to achieve clean, accurate finishes
• Perform daily machine checks and report any issues
• Follow all health & safety regulations on site

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 Excavator)
• Proven experience on landscaping or external works projects
• Good eye for levels and detail in finished work
• Ability to work well within a team
• Full PPE
• Reliable with strong timekeeping

Desirable

• Experience on residential developments
• Lifting ops certification
• Knowledge of soft and hard landscaping processes
