Job Description: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within a large public facility in Chester. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train, support, and motivate cleaning staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies, stock levels, and equipment usage.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
• Report any maintenance issues or incidents to management promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
