What You ll Be Doing
- Business Development & Client Leadership
- Identify, approach, and win new commercial clients, building long-term strategic partnerships
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio while shaping the wider commercial desk strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- End-to-End Recruitment & Delivery
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to successful onboarding
- Source top-tier candidates using social media, job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring strong client outcomes
- Screening, Interviewing & Talent Strategy
- Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Present high-quality shortlists and market insights to clients and hiring managers
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future demand
- Play a key role in shaping and building a high-performing recruitment team
- Contribute to developing processes, culture, and growth strategy within the business
- Work closely with leadership to scale the commercial division
What We re Looking For
- Experience: 1 2+ years in recruitment consultant, ideally within a start-up, agency, or fast-paced growth environment
- Strong background in business development or client-facing roles is highly desirable
