The successful Building Services Manager will lead and coordinate the MEP process from project inception through to post-completion using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise. Reporting to the Head of Building Services, you will work alongside our preconstruction and delivery teams to carry out technical reviews of tender documents, liaise with the estimating team and supply chain partners and adjust designs accordingly as and when required. This is an exciting role that could see you working on several projects at a time across preconstruction and delivery. You will be responsible for producing, prioritising and reviewing accurate information in line with the agreed specification and project cost.
