This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator with a fit-out background to join a thriving retail fit out contractor who work on exciting projects with known blue-chip clients within the food and beverage retail industry.

Have you got experience producing costs of commercial fit out or refurbishment projects? Do you enjoy producing competitive tenders on a variety of interesting projects? Are you looking to take the lead on Estimating, transitioning into a managerial position?

Dominating the hospitality, food retail and catering industry this fit out contractor have grown year on year. They take on exciting fit out projects for major national brands, with clients including Costa, Starbucks, and KFC up to around 250K. They're now looking for a motivated Estimator to help them secure more exciting projects.

You'll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, reviewing project requirements, taking off materials and producing accurate estimates across multiple projects. You'll also attend site meetings and visits when required, working closely with clients and internal teams to develop competitive and commercially viable tenders.

The ideal candidate will have previous estimating experience within shopfitting, construction or commercial refurbishment. You'll be confident reading technical drawings, pricing materials and managing multiple tenders, with strong communication skills and a driven approach.

Responsibilities
Managing incoming enquiries and reviewing tender requirements

Pricing multiple projects across the UK
Reviewing drawings and construction information
Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and internal teams

Requirements
Estimating experience within construction or shopfitting
Experience with commercial refurbishment or interior fit-out
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience managing multiple projects and tenders
Strong communication and commercial awareness
Ambitious, driven and keen to progress
