Carry out basic plumbing works, including repairs to taps, toilets and associated pipework. Perform routine building inspections and identify maintenance issues. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures and health & safety legislation. Accurately complete job reports and update the CAFM system using a handheld device. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and site teams. About You Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Building Maintenance Engineer, Handyperson or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative. Strong all-round knowledge of commercial building fabric maintenance. Experience within commercial Facilities Management is highly desirable. Competent in carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing and general building repairs. Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence is essential.
