Contract Facilities & Estates Manager
Location: Corsham/Bristol, UK (Hybrid - Travel Required)
Contract: 6-12 Months
Our client, a leading organisation within a secure/defence environment, is seeking an experienced Facilities & Estates Manager to support the delivery of integrated facilities management services across key sites.
This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in facilities operations, supplier management, and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end facilities and estate operations across multiple locations
- Lead contract and supplier management, ensuring SLA/KPI delivery
- Oversee budget management, including forecasting and cost control
- Deliver projects and minor works, ensuring compliance and timelines
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, clients, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and statutory standards
- Manage estate assets and life cycle performance
- Utilise BIM/CAFM systems for reporting and operational efficiency
- Operate effectively within a secure/regulated environment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Facilities/Estates Management
- Proven contract & supplier management expertise
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in property/estate environments
Desirable
- Experience within Defence/Government/MOD environments
- Knowledge of Skynet/SATCOM/secure communications
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification
- Active or previous Security Clearance (SC/DV) or eligibility
- IWFM membership
- Experience with BIM/CAFM systems
