Claims Handler

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for clients and policyholders , responsible for managing a portfolio of 1st and 3rd party property and liability claims, from first notificationof loss through to settlement.

You will be working closely with loss adjusters, surveyors, contractors and insurers

ESSENTIAL

• Experience of handling insurance claims in a commercial, domestic property or liability environment, ideally including both 1st and 3rd party claims
• Strong administrative skills and working with digital claim systems, Microsoft 365, online portals and video calls
• Good Customer Service

The role will be based in Solihull with a 27-30k salary dependant on experience. 21 days holiday and Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm.
