Conrad Consulting is excited to be working with a respected and growing consultancy as they look to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor seeking a varied workload, strong technical exposure, and a supportive environment to continue developing their career.

You ll be involved in a broad mix of project and professional work across commercial, residential, and public sector properties. Typical responsibilities include:

• Building surveys, condition assessments, and defect analysis

• Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and technical reports

• Contract administration and project management

• Dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, and party wall matters

• Supporting senior colleagues and contributing to client relationships

• RICS qualification (MRICS or working towards)

• Solid technical understanding across core building surveying disciplines

• Strong communication skills and a client focused approach

• Ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a team

• Competitive salary of £45,000 £55,000, depending on experience
