Conrad Consulting is pleased to be partnering with a respected multidisciplinary consultancy as they look to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to support their continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys a mix of professional and project work and wants to play a key role within a collaborative, well regarded team.

You ll take responsibility for delivering a broad range of building surveying services across commercial, residential, and public sector portfolios. Typical work will include:

• Project management and contract administration

• Building surveys, defect analysis, and technical due diligence

• Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and reports

• Dilapidations, party wall matters, and reinstatement cost assessments

• Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development

• Strong technical knowledge across core building surveying disciplines

• Confident communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships

• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to lead projects independently

• Competitive salary of £50,000 £60,000, depending on experience
