Groundworker

Infocus group are looking for a groundworker to start in Coventry City Centre as soon as possible for 1 to 2 weeks. The hours would be 7.30am- 17.00.

The pay rate would be paying between 17.50- 18.50 .

You would require to have a cscs card for this role

The job details would be:

Assist in the installation of drainage systems, foundations, and other essential structures.

• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to supervisors promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in groundworks or related construction roles is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• Familiarity with operating basic construction machinery is advantageous.
• A valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on site.
