Conrad Consulting is delighted to be supporting a respected and forward thinking property practice as they look to appoint a Development Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who thrives on shaping land and property opportunities from concept through to delivery.

You ll play a key role in identifying, appraising, and progressing development opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed use schemes. Working closely with landowners, developers, and internal specialists, you ll provide strategic advice, undertake viability assessments, manage negotiations, and support projects through the planning and disposal process.

• RICS qualification (MRICS or AssocRICS)

• Strong understanding of development appraisal, land promotion, and planning processes

• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships

• A proactive, analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
