Are you a qualified, senior multi site M&E building services maintenance leader looking for a new client side opportunity?
We are recruiting a new head of maintenance role in London. You will have responsible for maintenance delivery across multiple commercial buildings in London and be managing a large team of maintenance managers and engineers.

Your responsibilities as Head of Engineering will include:
- Maintenance and engineering strategy including improvement of service delivery
- Contractor relationship development and management
- Management of a large multi discipline maintenance division across multiple locations in London
- Development of Technical Services Managers
- Budgeting responsibility
This is a varied maintenance leadership role. It is essential that you have managed large maintenance teams previously on complex commercial estates. This is the ideal role for an account manager looking to move client side.
What we are looking for:
- Fully qualified (M&E) with a NEBOSH highly desirable
- Experience of managing large engineering teams across multiple commercial buildings in London
- Critical environment experience
- A strong communicator with experience of stakeholder management
